Henry Russell Bruce (HRB) was chosen by area young professional organizations ImpactCR and BASE as a Top Place to Work for Entry Level Jobs. The results were posted in the August 27 issue of Hoopla Magazine.
HRB is a strategic marketing firm in its 36th year of business with offices in Cedar Rapids and the Quad Cities.
The poll recognizes the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Corridor’s best places to work, grab a bite to eat, or volunteer. The survey ranked HRB as fourth on the list behind Mercy Medical Center, University of Iowa, and AEGON.
“Being recognized by young professionals in the area as a top place to work is very gratifying,” said HRB President Steve Erickson. “We hire smart people who are passionate about what they do, and then support them.
“This business is in a constant state of change so it’s vital that we have people who bring new thinking to HRB and our clients,” said Erickson. “I’ve heard creativity defined as ‘intelligence having fun’ … we try to provide that kind of atmosphere here every day.”
