It has been a while since my last blog post, but Inga and I have been VERY busy with PR and keeping up with all of our clients. For the past two weeks I have been busy developing a series of media lists. I never realized how time consuming this type of project could be! I’ve also had a lot of other projects to keep up with, and I’m finally just getting around to my blog.

Today, I will be meeting with Ashley, the new intern, to go over the intern handbook and give her the down-low on what her life will be like at HRB. I can’t believe that I am already sitting down with the new intern! It doesn’t seem like that long ago that I was in Ashley’s shoes and I came to HRB to meet with Jane and Inga. I remember that day vividly and I remember thinking to myself after the meeting, “Wow, there is so much to remember…what am I getting myself into? Will I be able to handle all this?” Well there was a lot to remember but I was definitely able to handle it.

So I’m going to try to make it my goal to not overwhelm Ashley to much today, but I’m not sure that it is possible. There is a lot of stuff to go over with her and it is always overwhelming to get a bunch of new material handed to you and to try and remember everything. Luckily what doesn’t stick with her today, Inga or someone else at HRB will be able to help her with along the way!
