Paladin Branding
Paladin, an independent manufacturer and distributor of construction attachment products, sells 12 different lines of products. Because of this they wanted to make sure that customers understood that all the products were part of the Paladin brand name.
To help them do this we made sure that their staff wasn't sending mixed messages. We developed a style book that outlined specifically how the Paladin logo and name could be used in any of their corporate materials. That ensured brand consistency.
By setting a set of internal guidelines we were able to help Paladin maintain brand consistency and avoid customer confusion.
Paladin Website
Designing a new Web site? Try designing 13 separate sites that have the same look and feel but all have separate information. That's what HRB was faced with when Paladin wanted to develop separate Web sites for each of its 13 brand companies.
Simplicity and consistency were key in this effort. To make it as simple for its customers as possible, we didn't only utilize the same design, but also the same navigation for each of the sites. This clearly communicated that each of the brands was part of Paladin. In addition, HRB created an integrated database of more than 650 products for cross-selling opportunities for each of the 13 companies.
The result is a well-defined brand for Paladin and each of its brand companies.
