CRST International, a Cedar Rapids-based trucking company, uses newsletters to communicate with its more than 700 employees. But they wanted to update the format to make sure they were communicating as effectively as possible.
HRB redesigned the newsletter, transforming it from a standard 8.5 x 11 document into a glossy, tabloid size newsletter. The content changed too. We gave each newsletter a theme. One month focused entirely on safety. The next one on technology and how it was changing their business.
The new design gave the newsletter a hipper, more modern look. While the messages stayed the same – the presentation made all the difference.
